About Arcona Prep

Arcona Prep offers a board and train program for puppies! Our aim is to provide foundational training in a very real-life and in the moment environment. Our program gives families a head start in raising a well-mannered and attentive dog that will easily fit in as one of the family! My name is Courtney, Arcona Prep's dog trainer! I have always loved dogs, and have found to be most at peace when surrounded by an unruly bunch! My love for training dogs began 12 years ago when I worked to certify my dog as a Therapy Dog to come work with me in my role as a social worker. Since then I have worked with many families to create that same positive relationship with their new pup. I really enjoy working with young puppies. I like to be able to send them off to their new families with a solid foundation of skills and a secure and confident attitude about the world around them.
