Thuy Tran is a Premier Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and a full-time licensed Nevada real estate agent since 2007. Based in Reno for over 30 years, Thuy partners with her husband, Steve Schifferdecker, helping buyers and sellers across Reno, Sparks, and Northern Nevada achieve their real estate goals. A Vietnam refugee who came to the U.S. in 1982, Thuy earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marquette University before building a successful real estate career known for strong negotiation skills, integrity, and exceptional client service. She actively supports local charities, scholarships, and nonprofit organizations throughout Northern Nevada.
