Our specialty programs include Parkinson's Wellness, Palliative Care, Total Joint, Wound Care, Lymphedema Therapy, Better Balance for Life, and Congestive Heart Failure. Our patient services include Registered Nurse/ Licensed Vocational Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, Home Health Aide, Social Worker, and Registered Dietitian. Our program provides 24 hour/7 day-a-week services in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara. We are licensed by the state of California and Medicare certified.
