The $1350 includes colonoscopy consultation (with a doctor’s referral), colonoscopy (with removal of polyps and biopsies), anesthesia, pathology, and surgery center fees. There are no hidden charges. For patients without a doctor’s referral, a $100 flat fee may be charged for the preprocedural consultation. You can include an EGD with your colonoscopy for a combo price of $1750
