Hi! I am Akiyo (pronounced "ah-key-yo"). Thank you for stopping by! I am a fitness instructor, acupuncturist, and massage therapist promoting wellness of individuals and communities through movement and awareness (...and occasional ukulele playing). I am based in San Francisco, CA. We all have our uniqueness... Our lifestyles, views, likes, and dislikes can be very different from each other, and so can our wellness routines and plans.
