Born and raised in Nashville, TN, Roy Smith Jr. entered the exciting world of the food business at the age of 13. Working with my father at Shakey’s Pizza Parlor for 9+ years, I learned a lot about product quality, customer service, sanitation standards, and what I now think is the most important part —PEOPLE! Not just guest, but Team Members as well!
