As a seasoned loan officer since 1993, I have learned that my job is more about advising clients on the right mortgage product that works into their overall financial plan, than just selling a rate. Correctly structuring a mortgage to a client’s unique financial objectives is the most important part of saving them “Interest”. As your trusted mortgage advisor, my assistant Renee Jerisk, and I will make sure our clients receive the best loan program to fit their needs. We also provide additional mortgage education covering; property taxes, insurance, title, closing costs, tax proration’s and anything else involved in building, buying or refinancing.
