Dr. Jackline Ngalame (Dr. Bess) is the founder of Empower Psychiatry, a telehealth practice located in Las Vegas, NV. She offers mental health services remotely within Nevada and in the states Florida, Kansas, Minnesota, New York, Colorado and Washington. Dr. Ngalame is board certified in psychiatry and family practice as a nurse practitioner. Dr. Ngalame is passionate about mental health and enjoys helping patients attain a stable mental state by empowering them through motivational interviewing, supportive counseling and cognitive behavioral therapy approaches. Her treatment approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, holistic in nature and comprehensive.
