About Eric Painter - Nova Home Loans

Eric has been a Loan Officer for 19 years has also worked as a Branch Manager and Regional Manager for major lending institutions. Eric’s personal motto is, “My customers are my business and my business is my customers.” He understands that buying a home or refinancing a home can be a very stressful time and he is committed to making the financing part of this process stress free. One of the ways he does this is by educating his borrowers throughout the loan process. Professionally, Eric has served on many committees for The Tucson Association of REALTORS and the Southern Arizona Mortgage Lenders Association. He also volunteers for Habitat for Humanity.
