Karl Svendsen is a graduate of Radford University with degrees in both Criminal Justice and Accounting. Karl began his mortgage career in 2016 and quickly became a key player in the industry by providing borrowers full control of their mortgage options and finding creative ways to provide solutions to his clients. By combining in-house processing and underwriting with communication that is the best in the business, you will experience a one-of-a-kind mortgage process whether buying or refinancing. Karl is a Sales Manager working out of our Arlington, Virginia office. Karl’s previous mortgage experience has helped with training and development for Loan Officers and other team members.
