Heather Dugan has been in the mortgage industry for more than 20 years, beginning as a mortgage broker and now as a Market Mortgage Loan Originator at First Commonwealth Bank. She is experienced in conventional FHA, VA, OHFA, construction, portfolio product and second mortgage products. Heather is relentless in helping her customers to buy their first home, helping them understand how mortgages work and sharing in the excitement of one of their biggest financial decisions. Heather lives in Norton, Ohio with her boyfriend Bill and near her three adult children.
