About Jeffrey Wilson, MD
Dr. Jeffrey Wilson is triple board certified in psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, and addiction psychiatry. He has been working in Virginia since 2014 when he joined the department of psychiatry at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine as an associate professor. He was medical director of the pediatric psychiatry inpatient unit at Carilion Roanoke Medical Center from 2014 to 2019. After that, he provided outpatient mental health services at New River Valley Community Services in southwestern Virginia from 2019 to 2022. He is delighted to join the inpatient and outpatient psychiatry teams at CHKD and EVMS in providing modern, evidence-based psychiatric care to children and adolescents
