About Noelle Gabriel, MD
Dr. Gabriel is a Norfolk native and a graduate of Norfolk Public Schools. She was the graduating Kaufman scholar for Old Dominion University and throughout her medical career she has combined her love of community and her medical expertise to help the children of Hampton Roads. Prior to joining Tidewater Children's Associates, she worked as an attending physician in the emergency department at CHKD and continues to see patients there as well.
