Rheace Contracting is a firefighter-owned, second-generation luxury construction management firm serving Palm Beach and Martin Counties. We specialize in custom homes, high-end renovations, and estate-scale additions built for Florida's coastal environment — engineered to endure, not just meet code. Our projects integrate ICF construction, hurricane-resilient building systems, energy-efficient envelopes, and whole-home automation. Every project is transparently managed on a cost-plus model, with a limited client roster and an obsessive attention to detail that boutique firms are built for. We don't build many homes. We build the right ones.
