Dr. Yaw Nkrumah is a board-certified family physician and the founder of Sankofa Family Medicine, a virtual primary care practice built on a simple belief: Healthcare should be built on continuity and connection, not repetition. Dr. Nkrumah practices family medicine as it was originally intended. He cares for the whole person across ages and stages of life through long-term relationships, prevention, and thoughtful management of both acute and chronic conditions.
