Patients & Families: We specialize in pediatric and adult PDN, including ventilator care, trach management, seizure support, enteral feeding, and 24/7 skilled nursing by licensed RNs and LVNs - delivered in the comfort of home. Referral Sources: We coordinate with physicians, Case Managers, Medicaid, and insurance to manage authorizations and staffing - including overnight and complex care cases. Nurses: RN & LPN openings with flexible schedules, continuing education, new grad training, and tuition reimbursement.
