I started with the simple idea that great mental health care should include a holistic approach in addition to medication management and from that idea I have strived to create a practice that represents what I believe in: integrated mental health care that focuses on the whole person, with longer appointment times, access to speak directly to your provider when needed, evening and weekend appointment availability, and evidence-based psychiatric care.
